This sends a message to the specified person. Only they will see this message. Omitting the "tell" is allowed.

Some mobiles are able to respond to tells.

Use which to find out how to refer to a player and a mobile when they share the same name.

example:

>orange This is just a test
You tell Orange 'This is just a test'
