inheritance <object>

Shows attributes that the targetted object has inherited from elsewhere.

The "via" column shows how the property is inherited. "fwd" means a chain of "fwd" properties from the object's zone. "treatas" means a chain of "treatas" objects from the object itself, plus extras such as the object's archetype and species. "contained" means the value is inherited from the objects owner, or the owner of that object (usually the containing room and zone object, respectively). Empty "via" values means the information is taken from a property on the object itself.
