Toggle the ScreenReader mode.

Activating ScreenReader mode will have a number of effects on your game experience, the most important of which is that any objects with ascii art will have textual descriptions instead. Additionally, links in help and info files are now emphasised with # characters.

What ScreenReader mode doesn't include is hiding room descriptions or disabling colour.
